As much as we Tennesseans love our music and boot scootin', our surrounding neighborhoods are the true heart strings of the state!

If you hop on I-65 south, in about 20 minutes, you'll hit Williamson County. This county boasts everything from country music stars' homes to historic plantations!

3. Monkey Treehouse - If the kids are still looking for fun, let them "monkey around" at Monkey's Treehouse in Franklin. Built primarily for children 6 and under, this space is perfect for getting all the wiggles and energy out. This unique event is located at The Leipers Creek Art Gallery on Friday nights, starting at dusk! They play family friendly movies and have delicious local produce to eat with burgers and hotdogs! 5.Third Coast Clay - Do you have a family of little artists? Look no further than Third Coast Clay, located in The Factory at Franklin! This magical shop will have the entire family picking out a piece of pottery to paint! If you're here visiting or on vacation, no problem, they can ship your pieces to you when you go home!
